Egyptian journalist. Holder of a BA in Hebrew Language and Literature from Ain Shams University. He worked as translator before entering the world of Journalism at Masrawy website, then Alwatan newspaper since it foundation, where he headed the International Affairs Department till 2020. Between 2013 and 2020, he worked as Producer and Editor for several news shows on Egyptian channels. He contributed to the coverage on the elimination of Daesh in Raqqa, Syria in 2017. He conducted a number of investigations, including Terrorist Organization Affiliated Social Media Networks Tied to the Qatari Prince’s Political Advisor, and Israel’s Role in Training Rightist Organizations. Parallel to his career as Journalist, he contributed to several political reports and analysis with a number of Centers in Egypt and abroad. He joined Asharq since its foundation in 2020, starting as News Producer, before becoming TV Editor.
